AIRS Subtheme 3.1 - Singing and Intercultural Understanding - AIRS Headlines in Brazil

AIRS has made the headlines in Brazil through the Brazilian section of Lily Chen-Hafteck's Quadcountry Songbook project. Grade 5 students in Brazil, China, Kenya, and Canada are learning songs from the other countries involved in the project, in an effort to foster Intercultural Understanding among the young students.
