Deadlines for the AIRS MCRI proposal

Check out web-site (http://demoblade9.vre.upei/airs); make sure you are included and your name is spelled correctly; make sure you have created an account on the website. Contact varmstrong@upei.ca (Vickie Armstrong) if a problem.

 

 

*July 14

Identify yourself with one theme group (Development 1 or 2; Pedagogy 1 or 2; Well-being 1, 2, or 3; Digital Library 1 or 2).  The theme groups have been developed.  If you prefer another assignment please send a note to acohen@upei.ca and airs@upei.ca.

 

 

*July 27 (prefer earlier)

Using Pages, Word, or text, submit your chosen theme group, your complete contact information, and completed answers to the 3 questions (who I am, what I bring to AIRS, what I will derive from AIRS- see http://demoblade9.vre.upei/airs/node/169) and send to airs@upei.ca

 

 

*July 27 (prefer earlier)

Any protocols or methods that you are an expert on, please post on the web-site or send to varmstrong@upei.ca

 

 

*Anytime before July 31

Explore opportunities for partnering with non-academic constituencies whose interests overlap with AIRS. Contact Annabel if successful, in order to follow-up

 

 

*Anytime before July 31

Identify stakeholders (no financial contribution to the project) who will benefit from the project. Inform the potential stakeholder of AIRS and ask if it would be possible for them to be listed as a stakeholder (this is a courtesy)

 

 

July 30

1st AIRS Regional Workshop in Charlottetown, PE; those in the vicinity will attend

 

 

*July 31

AIRS day for working on and writing the proposal – worldwide; devote 1 hour or more to this, if available (more information about coordination to follow)

 

 

August 6

For those faculty members who were NOT part of the original letter of intent in January, a SSHRC CV is needed by August 7. See www.sshrc.ca, and see Vickie for details. This will take some time, if you have not done it before.

 

 

August 24

1st AIRS Expert Workshop - Preconference ICMPC10, Sapporo Japan, for those AIRS researchers attending ICMPC10
