AIRS 3rd Annual Meeting: July 10–11, 2011, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

The 3rd Annual Meeting of AIRS will take place July 10–11, in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, in conjunction with the Phenomenon of Singing Symposium and Festival 500. As well, the Biennial Meeting of the International Council of Traditional Music will overlap. Please visit the meeting page for future details regarding the event.
There is much to look forward to with the 3rd AIRS Annual Meeting and the three other surrounding events, two of which focus directly on singing.
AIRS 3rd Annual Meeting in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador: July 9–13, 2011
Submitted by jmlane on Thu, 01/20/2011 - 12:48We are pleased to announce that the AIRS 3rd Annual Meeting will take place in conjunction with Festival 500, The Phenomenon of Singing Symposium, and the International Council of Choral Conductors, in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. The dates of the AIRS meeting and technical program will be July 10–11, with the Policy and Planning meeting on July 9th. An AIRS Plenary will also be presented on July 13th at a joint meeting of all 3 organizations. Forms for abstract submission and student travel to be posted soon.
Preliminary Program Now Available for AIRS 2nd Annual Meeting

In addition, you can find a more detailed policy and planning committee meeting agenda for the meeting on August 21st, as well as a technical program for the events on August 22nd, between the hours of 1:00 and 3:30 PM (tentatively).
